My work sits where strategy, product and platform technology meet…repositioning businesses, modernising platforms, deploying venture capital, and taking stalled lines to first-ever profitability.
Most recently I was VP of Strategy, Innovation & Venture Capital at State Farm, where I deployed a $200M corporate venture fund, launched a $1.8B digital-economy unit, and led emerging-technology and generative-AI initiatives. Earlier, at Esurance, I led the turnaround to the company's first profitability in its history.
Today I work as a Non-Executive Director, advisor, investor and fractional executive…and as an Executive-in-Residence and Operating Partner to private equity and venture firms on diligence and value creation. I'm based in London, and work across the UK, US, and Europe.
